The Toronto Raptors have agreed to send swingman Carlos Delfino (FSY) to Milwaukee in exchange for power forward Amir Johnson (FSY) as part of a four-player trade, a person with direct knowledge of the deal told the Associated Press on Monday.

The deal would also send guard Roko Ukic (FSY) to Milwaukee in exchange for Bucks guard Sonny Weems (FSY). The person spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity because the deal has not been completed.
