A Brooklyn elementary school teacher with a documented history of shoving and grabbing her students is still in the classroom - and outraged parents want to know why.
Stefanie O'Donnell, a tenured second-grade teacher at Public School 84 in Williamsburg, "pushed" and "grabbed" students and "screams at children," according to four scathing Department of Education reports obtained by the Daily News.
O'Donnell,57, also made a discriminatory comment about a student who couldn't speak English, the documents showed. Officials substantiated the incidents, which occurred while O'Donnell taught music classes between 2005 and 2009, and concluded O'Donnell "used extremely poor judgment."
