Is America's Sweetheart TV's next Snooki Polizzi? Executives at MTV are courting former Friends actress Jennifer Aniston as the subject of a proposed Fly-on-the-Wall reality show on the network, according to a British tabloid report.

Aniston has been approached by MTV Programming President Tony DiSanto and Senior Vice-President Liz Gateley, whose production credits include ratings hits such as Laguna Beach, The Hills, and Jersey Shore, about fronting a docu-soap for their new production company, Now Magazine scooped this week.
