A few days ago, a nude photo leaked online and Canadian blogger Zack Taylor claimed it was Disney star, Miley Cyrus. Since, several sources said that it wasn't actually Miley in the racy picture, but apparently that's not enough to keep her legal team at bay.

We've heard that Miley may be suing the site for publishing the photo, because her lawyers say that if it's her, then the photo was taken when she was only seventeen-years-old. However, in a strange twist, they say it's simply not her.
